xbox360 wireless

some how I cant connect my 360 to my wireless router the light on the back of the wireless adaptor is green and it can connect to my router just not get an IP from it its a netgear DG834G ADSL router and I added my other PC fine to the router it just doesnt like the 360 any help would be great

It connects to the router but cannot get an IP? Have you checked that 'obtain an IP automatically' is enabled on your 360? If so have you tried setting up a static IP for the 360?

tried that but still no luck

How do you know it has connected to the router then?
