Hi guys,

im looking for a second headset to go where I stay at the weekends.

I see there are Turtle Beach X12's for £22 (I used to have x11's).but im not sure if to try another brand.

I do have the stereo adapter so I can I use more headsets than just the xbox one only ones.

Thanks,

Hi,

Turtle Beach is a good brand which I have used myself. (Now own Astros)

In my opinion it depends on what your needs are in a headset, whether you need one just for chatting to friends etc or something that immerses you in the game/sound ie: gaming headset

Take a look at Tritton as well, also having the adaptor ensures you are not limited to any specific headset; I would say shop around and see what there is.

I've been using Turtle Beach XO One for about a year now, and they've been great. I've since bought Astro A50s but I often-as-not still use the XO1.

They appear to be a little above your price (£49.99) but I'd still recommend them.

If you could squeeze and extra £10 you can pick up the Kingston Hyper X headset for £50. Can't recommend them enough. Awesome SQ, brilliant mic and extremly comfortable.

The ear pad looks tiny on them lol

i have some tritton Kama's for my PS4.. Which i believe you can also get for the XOne..
i think i payed like £25 for mine, and its really good!
ive owned many different headsets in the past..
Turtle beaches with my xbox 360, etc..
and really like the tritton's..

Obviously, dont expect crystal clarity and perfect in every way.. You get what you pay for.. But for the price, they sound good, pretty strong (ive raged mine to the floor a few times).. and still going strong..
