These fans SUCK. I think I'll order two noise blocker fans tomorrow...these xclio ones are not only a tad too loud but the noise is so awful...it doesn't sound continuous :(

i searched the forum before i created this exact thread myself

they really truly suck.

no they dont infact.... they dotn even suck, because then i would be able to USE them ( lol )

they say they push 80CFM.... are they joking ? my 44CFM ambers *feel* like they push double of what these ones do !

the only thing in their favour is that they should generate a higher pressure, suitable for radiators. but they just dont have the CFM to make the difference.

:(

***edit*** just noticed on the features 'TEMP. control variable fan speed' that isnt what i think is it ?

theres a little blue sensor that looks liek a capacitor stickign out the fan, just held a glowing wooden stick to it and the fans speed increased... interesting.

i just want it to spin at 100% to i can control the speed myself lol :(

LAST EDIT:

PROBLEM SOLVED

just twisted the sensor to short the 2 wires connection it and hey presto... 100% fan speed in an instant, now i can control it with speedfan >< woop woop

yea, very poorly made. what i expected for the money to be honest.
the problem is that they are not balanced properly, ans the low default speed has a 'chugging' noise to it being at such a low speed.

ive got mine jhooked up to my fan controler now and have them at a perfect air / noise level :)
