On xcom-apoc just gave 1 of my guys 2 machine guns (1 each hand) and set him to auto fire in realtime. Much more fun then i remembered

MicroProse, that brings back a few memories, I remember they used to make loads of sim games...

What sort of games are these xcom games like? RTS?

tryed them all, xcom - apoc still owns

have deleted the others lol, should have downloaded just the one, it would have cost more in theory but would have been worth it to reduce clutter... is their a way to perm delete the others or give away/sell???

having trouble with xcom

it seems to crash out after i have been playing for a while... nothing serious as i save after every 'event'

and probly helpful in a way cuz it pulls me away from it (its very addictive) but would like to know if theirs a fix for this? the problem seems to be dosbox

Im on vista and it works fine, no need for dosbox here

man i'm going to get these tonight - TFTD was one of my most favourite games, though i don't think i ever finished it. is it still possible to alter the hex files to give yourself loads of cash?

Its a good deal, but I'd never play it. Given that I can barely download from Steam either it's pointless.

im on XP, and defo need dosbox to run it

so do you have the game running off the original disk then???

Does the steam version of TFTD still have that research bug than can stop you researching anything new if you research stuff in the wrong order?

i did buy this off steam which uses dosbox to run it in xp, don't know about vista, but if you notice when you start the game (if using this steam version) the 'dosbox' window flashs up quickly before it starts, which on mine crashes later on, ones of those 'send error report' messages

i think i found a minor bug on xcom, I CANT BUY INCENDIARY GRANADES :mad:

they take the money but never deliver, the company 'diablo' is the supplier for these should i destroy their HQ
