Xcom on iOS

Anyone got enemy unknown for iPad? The reviews on the AppStore are pretty bad due to the app supposedly always crashing, but it's £6.99 at the moment (half price) so I was considering getting it... Can anyone speak from experience?

Also, are there any plans for enemy within to come to iOS?

I played through the entire thing on my iPad 4 and didn't experience a single crash. I think it's probably running out of memory on earlier iPads.

Fantastic game, great port. I paid £13.99 for it and thought I got value for money. £6.99 is a bargain.

Is it noticeably cut down from the console versions? Supposedly there are less maps and less customisation.

Gonna take the plunge on this before it goes back up to normal price.
