I can't imagine turning post likes on and off is anymore than a quick radio button click, if that's slowing down the implementation then there's bigger issues!

The like system in XenForo is pretty integrated, there isn't an off button, it would require removing it from all the templates, and even then the system itself wouldn't be disabled.

Yes, despite everyones protestations here of people begging for likes or similar, frankly it just doesn't happen.
I've converted and monitored more sites transitioning from vBulletin to XenForo than anyone else in the world, fact, and after the initial outcry of "its different I don't like it" most people find that it's actually much nicer to use.

The design is a little... interesting judging by the screenshot in the OP. Will be good to have some modern forum software though. New is always better.
Hopefully it'll be as quick as the current forum.
Prediction: you'll forget to apply the favicon and we'll have a nice blank one in the bookmarks toolbar for at least 3 months
