How can you go from going live on Monday, needing to tweak a few things and then still not being live by the Thursday? Sounds like more than just a few things if it delays it by this much.

I work in IT. If any project I've ever worked went live when it's supposed to, I'd be quite some way behind on my mortgage payments.

I don't work in IT but if any project which IT were involved in went live in even the same year as they promised it would then I'd be astonished.
