Roughly speaking an i7 860 comes to mind for the LGA 1156 socket.

There is the Lynnfield series of CPU's.
As you can see, there is no "direct" comparison at the same clockspeed, but you get the idea.
Looks like an Intel® Core™ i7-870S Processor or an Intel® Core™ i5-750 Processor
(8M Cache, 2.66 GHz).
Dunno what the difference between an i5 and an i7 on the same 1156 socket is though??? EDIT:- ahhh its Hyperthreading

Yes, an energy efficient i7 is probably as close as you are going to get.
