Xerces Panic Error!?!?!?

google says a lot of people have the problem :/
with various apps, but look slike it's a recognised problem with any Adobe app.
apparently there is 3 Xerces .dll files that cause the problem and they need reinstalling or replacing. sry that's all i can dig up at the moment

I have found someone with the same problem and a programmer traced the route of the error to:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT/MIME/Database/Charset
He then goes on to say
"Upon removing the entire "charset" registry, I not ceased getting the Xerces panic error, but also, I could, for the first time, OPEN INDESIGN CS ON MY COMPUTER! ... By the way, since deleting the charset key, I've noticed no loss in functionality with any of my programs. But perhaps the bad news of that will sneak up on me later."
Please backup registry first just in case it does goes wrong.
