Im having some problems canning to FTp from my Workcenter 7132.
I have configured the FTP server, which functions fine as address
ftp://10.0.0.x
I can view this fine in IE so the FTP site itself is working fine, it is also configured at the moment for anonymous access.
My problem is when it comes to scanning documents to this FTP server via the workcenter.
I have tried following the documentation, setup templates for the scanning but I keep getting the error
error 016-782
Unable to connect to the server for CentreWare Scan Services. Verify that the
login user name, password and other information that are entered.
I am unsure as to what form of authentication it needs. In the system settings of the printer is is now using Kerberos 2000.
Any idea what these scans arent going through?
