Xerox XA7 19i RMA

Hi,

Is anyone else waiting for an RMA replacement for their Xerox 19i monitor? I have been waiting for over a month now and still they have none in stock!

Hi,i have just had my second replacment dropped off it took 5 weeks for it to come into stock.The first replacement was an obvious refurb and still had image retention probs the same as my original tft.
The second replacement is brand new and fingers crossed up to now is showing no problems at all.So yes it does take a good while to get a replacement,Good Luck.

me too, over a month now. the screen burn on my xerox is pretty shocking.
