Hi,
I already own an XA7-19(2?)i monitor, and have decided to buy a second. However whilst looking around on the web I have noticed a new version - the XAP-192i. This is a similar model, but with an adjustable stand, and (from what I have seen) a lower contrast ratio of 500:1 instead of 700:1.
What are your opinions? Are the contrast rates really lesser? It seems odd that the 'new' version of the monitor is actually a using lower spec panel.
Thanks for any help,
David
Update!
Just found out about the XM7-19w.. any views on this? I see one user posted some photos of it earlier this month and it looks very nice
Update #2!
According to the Xerox site the XAP-192i DOES have a contrast ratio of 700:1, but everywhere else says 500:1
I am so confused!!! If the XAP is 700:1 I think I will go for it over the the widescreen, and maybe save up for the 22" version of the widescreen one when they are more readily available..
