XFI extreme gamer or extreme music?

im looking to buy a new soundcard but im a bit of a noob when it comes to them.

i was just wondering which one is better and why?

I ended up ordering an X-fi extreme music. When using my speakers and even my headphones its soooo much better than the onboard sound. Everything is so clear and crisp and the bass is just perfect. i love it!

fortunately i had no problems with drivers just popped the cd in and installed.

may i ask why? I went on the creative website but there are tonnes of things to download and i dont really know which ones to pick. Im on windows xp.
