As OcUK have developed an excellent relationship with Creative labs and there products I want us to support the product as best as physicaly possible. I have read a few threads with people having certain issues and I am sure that creative can help. Please post in here with your problems and I will get creative to answer them for you.

I have an X-Fi Fatal1ty I have always had a problem with the entertainment centre software. When I originally installed it, it worked for a while but I then got the "Entertainment centre visual module has encountered a problem and needs to close." I have since done a complete reinstall of windows after a major spring clean. The Creative drivers were the third thing I installed after the motherboard and graphic card drivers. And I STILL get the same error! It cant be clashing with any other programs or previous drivers as there weren't any installed. I assume its a graphics driver problem, tho this has been updated a few times since but to no avail?
CPU AMD xp3200+
Graphics card 6800 GT
Memory 1Gig corsair.
Hard drive WD 320Gig

Any suggestions?

I've got a Sound Blaster Audigy and when playing BF2, if I switch the audio from software to hardware, the voices become all stuttered. It doesn't affect the sound effect (i.e. bullets though). This happens even with EAX disabled

EDIT: Whoops, not XFI :p Help would be appreciated all the same though!

Hi the only problem i have is with the new drivers. Whenever the system is rebooted or turned off the digital out stops working which is quite annoying as I then have to go through the menu system to turn digital off and then back on again before it continues functioning again. I know that this is affecting several people as there was a thread on it a few weeks ago.
