XFi - would I notice the difference ?

Currently have a Creative Sound Blaster Audigy SE 7.1 OEM in my PC. I see a lot of people are currently getting an XFi in their new builds. Would I notice a difference getting something like a Creative X-Fi Extreme Audio Sound Card OEM ?

Would be using it with Creative Inspire P5800 5.1 Speakers and some Speedlink Medusa 5.1 headphones.

PS. Don't get the extreme audio version though, it's a cut-down x-fi. Go for the Gamer or Music version.

Yeah, that's the beauty really. It's even better with headphones.

But when you have the cash save up and buy some new speakers if you like. I went from an old 5.1 speaker set (which I thought sounded good) to a hi-fi setup. The x-fi still sounds good.
