Xfire & FEAR sp & mp versions performance.

In both fear and fear combat, xfire reduced fps to 10 ish or whatever ( was very stuttery) regardless of what settings, when i set in xfire to ''disable xfire ingame '' for both fears, both fps jumped up and i could play it more smoothly maxed out @ 1024 res than with xifre @ 800 and lowest gfx settings...

Not a ram or cpu issue, cpu wasnt used 100% and have 4 gigs of ram...

So if you have poor perf in fear and you're using xfire, set it to disable itself in fear...

i thought i was the only one, ive just been closing xfire whilst playing fear

xfire works fine for me while playin fear combat. rename your fearmp.exe to fearmp1.exe or any other name, and try it.

LOL thats also a way you disable it for inagme, as i said in my 1st post, goto xfire options and select fear, and click the box to disable xfire ingame, it'll still record u playing it and upload it to your profile, it'll only disable talking inagme etc... No need to shut down xfire that way or fool it fear isn't runnign wich is basicly what you do...

I mean no need to disable xfire compeltly, just xfire ingame, for good performance...

not had any probs with fps with xfire loaded and running maxed out
