xfire help

Hi folks,

I'm trying to get my UT3 set up with xfire and can't figure it out. The game isn't listed in the servers window (see below) but is listed in my installed games.

How do I get it into my server listings?

Also, are these settings correct. I have the game installed on my D: drive and on my desktop short cut I have added the -nohomedir so the config files are not kept in the my documents file.

Surely someone here knows how to set up games in xfire? I can't figure it out!

In my games list it's set to detect automatically not manual as your's appears to be. Also, try adding a game server to your favorites and see if that help's.

Other than that I cannot remember TBH

also mine has in the game path c:\program files\unreal tournament 3\\binaries

So you could try D:\unreal tournament 3\\binaries

disable xfire in game

that cased me a headache before.

I don't think Xfire supports UT3 fav servers atm, since they don't even work in-game.

What are you trying to do exactly? Get Xfire to work in-game with UT3? Or was it just the servers?
