What does xfire do that Steam doesn't already do? I've never used it, but the feature set seems to be just Steam without the actual games distribution..

I see they have integrated video capture, how does it compare to the likes of Afterburner or Fraps?

I'm not sure on all the features it has as I've never used it, but you can stream video straight to the xfire site for people to watch as you're playing.

I have no idea how it compares quality/performance wise compared to Fraps etc. though.
