XFM question

Hey people before when i used to go on xfm and stream it from the net it gave me 3 options for quality for the streams now it only seems to play one crappy quality, can someone else check this out for me? to make sure im not going mad, also if possible post the link to the high quality one

The link that opens up is http://ms2.capitalinteractive.co.uk/xfm_low

I tried it with high instead of low in wmp and it works. Says it's 32K instead of 20K for the low one.
