XFX 4870x2 Faulty RMA

Mate of mine just called to tell me his 4870x2 has died. Classic vram death vertical lines checker board cant even boot into Win7.

He bought it last July from ocuk do you know if he can RMA it to them or does he have to go via XFX?

Anyone dealt with XFX europe ?

whats the procedure he should follow?

It's not July yet.. So via ocuk as it's less then a year old!!!

I am sure OCUK were dealing with XFX warranties themselves so it should be with OCUK, XFX don't deal with RMA's direct now in Europe, it goes through the resellers like OCUK.

XFX does not sell its Product directly to the consumer therefore the warranty for XFX Products remains the responsibility of your reseller where you purchased the Product.
