xfx 4890 conections problem????

i see it has a 6 pin and a 8 pin. but my psu 8 pin does not match up ???? it comes directly from the psu does it need an 8pin and 6pin or 2 6pin connection ??? nee help just bilt a i7 setup but i have put my old 1900 in for the time bieng did not wont to brake my new card

cant find one m8,dident see it on overclockers m8

thnx for pointing out the 8 pin to the motherbaord was using a a 4pin from my e6600 setup was working ok thow ,just built an i7 30 minutes ago and cant put my 4890 in it :( have now put the 8 pin to motherboard :)
