xfx 4890 HELP

Hi i got a xfx 4890 that i think is under preforming i get a 3dmark vantage gpu score of 8000 ish i got all new drivers, used driver sweeper and done a clean install (chore), i have done every stability test on all my hardware to find it is all stable. xfx was not much help.
my specs are
phenom II dual core 550 at 3.6
xfx 4890 at stock
4gb ocz vista gold ram at 800mhz
asus mobo M4A78-E
Be Quiet! Dark Power Pro 750W ATX2.2 Modular SLi Compliant Power Supply
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB SATA-II 16MB Cache hdd

is there anything more i could try before a rma and how are ocuk with returns

So i Guess i covered all the base's then anyone had experience with overclockers for returns please

what did you run 3dmark at ? let me know i have a 4890 too, you can compare yours to mine. i think last time i done test i got 9400 ish though.

Hi im running it on performance setting 1280x1024 with AV off and CCC on lowest settings, the highest score i had was around 8300 and it has been as low as 7700
