XFX 5850 problem. Please help!!!

I think my 5850 is broken because here's a video of HAWX starting up on my computer:

All my games are like this. They were all working fine until they all went like this all of a sudden.

My temperatures are normal. Card is a couple of months old, 750W quad rail silverstone PSU. I have no idea what the problem is. I am planning to get a new card, do you think OCUK will give me a voucher instead of replacement if i ask them?

I've had effects like that when drivers screwed up, try cleaning the old set out and installing them again if not already done so. If card is faulty then I assume OCUK will ship you out another 5850.

I've tried all the different drivers possible. You don't think OCUK will give me a refund in vouchers if I ask for one?
