xfx 5870 bios help

ive overclocked to 900/1300 in ccc. but thats maxed out. i loaded up mis afterburner 10 everything unlocked, but when i move the core up and apply it wont take affect and moves back to 850. is 900 the max the bios will allow me to go.

Most probably mate, had the same issue with my old 5850. Google for one of the modded BIOS files - most probably XFX/Asus.

Yea without a modded BIOS ur locked to the limits in CCC. People seem to like the Asus bios.
