XFX 6970 Beeping

Hi guys, I have a very strange problem occurring with a 6970.

The gfx card is working fine, however there is constant beeping sound coming from the card. I have never heard of this before. Any ideas ?

I don't think the card is over heating because the temps fine

A beep would need a speaker GPU's dont have a speaker.. As above you sure it's coming from GPU?

It's XFX so prob beeping to let you know it's warranty just expired, it will get faster until the card catches fire

AFAIK some do or did to alert if the GPU power wasn't connected.

No, he's right.

If the power is not sufficiently connected to some GPUs, it will beep.

The first thing I would do if I was the OP is reinstall the GPU.
