i have a xfx geforce 7800 gtx extreme xxx edition 512mb in my computer and was just wondering if a 450w psu is enough for it or should it be 500w or 550w???

i have a amd 64 processor 3700+, 1gb, 320gb hard drive, 256mb video memeory,...
The reason i ask is that some people have suggested that i should have a 500w minimum in my rig with that card in???
