XFX 780i Bios

Hi all.

I currently run the above board and its using the P06 bios and on XFX's website thet advise you to flash your bios to the newest one available that in P09, my question is what advantages will this bring me?? The reason I ask is because ive just fitted a new cpu to the board and since doing so its made my internet connection go so slow ( like dial up ) and I was wondering if a bios upgrade would fix the issue maybe? Any help guys would be appreciated

Hi CHris when I had my board I flashed it to the P07 bios.
The website should tell you the advantages of the upgrade. Most likely for SSD support.

I dont think adding a better chip would effect the internet connection.
Maybe some other problem causing it.
