XFX 7900GT - Cooling Fan Question

Hi Guys, My first post here so please be gentle!!!

I have just brought a 7900GT by XFX, this is part of an upgrade from an XP3200+ barton to a 939 4600+ AMD X2 on an A8N32-SLI Deluxe, I will be installing all of my new kit in the next week or so.

Currently I have an AGP MSI 6800GT with an NV5 VGA cooler, which leads me to my question......

Will I be able to fit the NV5 to my new 7900? the pins look in the same position, the memory chips on the 7900 looks in the same spot but I dont really want to take my screwdriver to it unless I know it fits, well not yet anyhow.

If it does fit, is the fan "strong" enough to keep it cool?

it kinda fits fine, some of the ram are only 90% covered and the exhaust end is a bit long which sticks out further than back of the graphics card.
