XFX 7900GT?

Am thinking of picking up an XFX 7900GT. They can be had at a really good price elsewhere. I am however concerned at the noise levels, my Asus 6800GT is silent in windows when the fan can run at just 10%, although noise picks up in games. My housemates 7800GT runs really quiet too.

However the cooler on the 7900GT looks very small.. can you hear it at all in windows?

Most reviews i have seen has said there fairly loud..

So put a Zalman VGA Cooler on it.

Got the xfx 7900 GT and the fan will be on a week getting the vf900 for it.
Its not that loud but after using a vf700 on my old 7800 gt it has to go.

these clock so well anyway not getting a better cooler is daft imo.

I have the 470/1370 XFX 7900GT so not the uber 520/1500? one, the cooler is extremely loud unfortunately. I'll hopefully be fitting my Maze 4 to mine tomorrow night.
