Seem to me like they're end-of-life in the UK. Replaced by the Pro Core Editions.

=/. Im running one of the new XFX Pro Series 750W core edition which i think replaced said modular one you speak of. Never saw the old one so i cant comment but this one is a BEAST

how is that psu? im planning on getting one.. enough juice for say 2 5850's and a phenom 2 x4 955?

You could run that on a 650W PSU.
