xfx 8800 gtx issues

Hi guys i have an xfx 8800 gtx first how can i clock it i get and aquamark of 121.400 but coolbits wont work second call of duty plays like i am using stock on board gpu and is very laggy help please
 
You need to install nTune to access the clock frequency and temps in the control panel. nTune works with any mobo chipset, not just nVidia.

You could also use Rivatuner to overclock it.

No you cant, I always get the message :

Or is that because im using vista x64?

It used to happen in xp for me too though.
