XFX ATI Radeon HD 5770 running temp

Running 2 dual screens with this card on Windows 7 64x. Not doing anything strenuous at all, mainly web surfing and the fan is pretty noisy. Temp of GPU is at 48c so the fan is working quite a bit even when it is basically idling (assumption)

Any tips on this? Is this normal? It's kinda annoying

Just to add in the fan speed during me browsing and doing not much is 35%

Although the temps are still low, they will be higher than expected because you are powering two screens.

Hmm seems like its actually the processor fan being nosiy, I set the fan manually to 100% and it was a different noise.
