I personally can't comment on their customer service but twice Overclockers staff via webnote have said that the reason they don't stock, or one of the reasons they don't stock the XFX cards is due to the heat issues the cards have or did apparently have. They may have mentioned warranty / rma's, can't recall. Now the last two nvidia cards I had were on XFX boards and both overheated. Maybe I was just unfortunate or maybe there is some truth in it, probably a little of both. My 7800gtx 256 lasted about 18months and my 8800gtx lasted about 15months. Chances are I'm sure they now produce great stuff.

Haven't dealt with them personally but i remember seeing on another hardware forum that someone had hell of a bother trying to get them to rma his XXX 8800ultra (was a good 10 months ago), as i was pondering how at the time my evga 8800 ultra wasn't clocked as high as their equivalently priced card

They were terrible so these guys stopped stocking them, then they sorted a deal out and started stocking them again, but i don't know whats happened since then, as they don't seem to stock them again anymore, so deal could've broken down.

I had a 6800GT go pop a few years back, it was second hand and all I had was the serial number. XFX took it back and sent me a replacement. Nothing but praise from me.

Gibbo posted in this thread here about XFX (last Nov.), but i don't know what the situation is now, as i don't think ive seen any XFX cards on here for a while now.

i see. well if ocuk dont stock them, im guessing theres a good reason behind it. good enough for me to go with a different one.

looks like EVGA or BFG

i ve had a second hand 8800gts 320mb rma-ed and the whole procedure, took two months!!
Despited this, i managed to get for replacement an 9600gt in retail package. Overall it my require a lot of time but other than that i am mostly satisfied.

I have an XFX mobo and graphics card. Had an issue with a firmware upgrade for the mobo and they were very helpful. Good online note system and the guys knew what they were talking about.
