maybe the 4890 is though looks quite a bit quicker. the only thing that puts me off the ati cards is they get bloody hot !

If it's working and overclocks well, why does the temperature of the GPU matter?

how hot is hot? my 9800 is idling at 40 at the mo and goes to around 55 while gaming.

Whats the cooler like on this, can't say the image inspires me with confidence , looks like it might be a noisy beast.
