Must say, I've never actually noticed any XFX cards on that side of the fence, though could just be me being blind. Only ever noticed them make AMD/ATI cards.

They used to be NV exclusive until the the 5xxx ati cards, if my brain is remembering things correctly.

Indeed, they only started making AMD cards recently. Always been Nvidia.

I doubt they are worried, if it's Nvidia selling it direct they will probably sell their product under OEM spec i.e standard issue warranty, stock cooler, stock clocks, stock everything.

Not sure they can afford champagne at the moment... BFG went under for a reason, and XFX left for a reason...
