What kind of a PSU would be enough for that card ?

Depends on the rest of the system that needs to be powered as well.
Something like this should be enough for the 4890, as well as some overclocking:

Max load on my overclocked i7 920/4890 system is in the region of 450w.

So these suggestions for a 600w unit are spot on, unless you wish a crossfire setup later.
