XFX HD 6850 installation

Hi,

I have a XFX Pro 450W PSU and I am in the process of installing my graphics card - the XFX HD 6850. This has two PCI inputs, does this mean it needs two power cables from the PSU? If thats the case my problem will be that the PSU only has one cable.

Yes it needs both PCI-E power connections, they arent there for effect.

Look in the GFX box for a Molex-PCI-E adapter.

Shocking they don't include one tbh.

If I were you i'd have gone with the ASUS card, its a much better package, and the XFX card is VERY loud (though it can be tamed using MSI Afterburner to set up a manual profile).
