XFX HD 7950 Double D Edition 3072MB Question

As many are aware nvidia have recently dropped the price of the gtx580 and ocuk are selling for £299, i expect AMD to respond with a price cut also in someway, since the 580 and 7950 are very similar in performance. (especially with nvidia being close to release with kepler)

Is it plausible to think 7950's will be reduce to £299 as well..what about the third party cards

I dont think AMD will reduce prices until kepler comes out unfortunately. Nobody is buying 3gb gtx 580's anymore unless they are clinically insane, and the 7950's are a better buy than a 1.5gb 580 also, they still have the high end sewn up really.
