XFX Pro 750W fan not spinning

Old PSU but works perfectly just the fan is not spinning any way I can bodge a fan on it ?
Think it’s a 2 pin

Yeah I agree with your comments but it was for a build I’m doing to save money and forgot I had the psu it works perfectly just the fans bearing has gone could I not get a fan and mount it on top ?

I guess it will be to be pushing air through it or sucking air from it?
