XFX R9 390 DD one fan not spinning

I got this card 4 days ago and have just noticed one of the fans closest to the ports doesn't spin. Not even when the card hits 82c when playing The Witcher 3.

82c is the highest temp I've seen on this card, which is within its operational limits, but it could be a lot lower if the other fan would spin.

Ive tried Catalyst, Crimson and MSI Afterburner to set the fans to 100% and still nothing.

My PSU is a Seasonic G-series 750W and I've connected the 6-pin and 8-pin with separate cables which I've checked and used in different sockets.

Is the fan broke or is there some sort of thermal limit before the other fan kicks in?

I really don't feel comfortable Overclocking it to find out without knowing.

Any suggestions pls?

Both fans should spin at same time, looks like you need to rma the card.
Twin fans cards shouldnt be getting anywhere near 82c.

Some graphics cards do have silent modes where no fans or only one fan spins at low load/during non 3D applications but it does sound like you have a faulty fan.

Ok thanks for confirming all. Suppose Ill have to start the process of getting a replacement from Overclockers. How long does it normally take?
Also I did fill out the warranty (for the first time in my life) with XFX is that going to matter at all?
