Geetings everyone,
Well this summer heatwave has not been good for me as it seems anything electronic has decided to die under the emense heat. first my adsl modem (my fault really) then my 360 and now my sli rig
one of my XFX 6800GT's has decided to die and so I am in the process of trying to get it RMA'd the thing is I posted my request last friday and as of yet haven't heard anything from them. Now I refuse to pay 60p a minute to speak to someone over the phone as I feel that I shouldn't have to pay such a high price to get it exchanged. So just wondering really if anyone else has had experience with RMA'ing a card back to them and if so how long am I looking at as I really want to get the rig running back at its full potential.
