Is it just me or has anyone else had real trouble getting an RMA out of XFX?
I have a PSU (already a warranty replacement) that died after 5 months. I have had a ticket open since 23/08/12 and I still don't have an RMA number.

They seem to drip feed questions and info one day at a time, even though within a day of their first response they knew everything they needed to know to realise the PSU had failed.

You start to suspect they want to annoy you into giving up.

Not impressed, has anyone else had difficulty, or have contact details of how to complian or push things along? Telephone support (at 60p a minute) didn't offer anything else.

Sorry to hear that, that is poor. Perhaps explaining that you have brought their poor service to the attention of the mother lode of PC users here will catch their attention and you will take this into account with future purchases.

In my albeit limited experience of all things broken Corsair's customer service is outstanding, and Gigabytes too, not to mention of courses OC's legendary help with my noob q's.

I had to use MSI recently for a VGA card (although I think it was actually the above PSU).

1 email, RMA number an hour later, left it a week, emailed them to make sure they had received it, got a reply within the hour stating they had dispatched a replacement the day before.

Brilliant, can't fault MSI.
