Any advice with this? Only just got it (yes I would have choosen somthing else but brought a system with this in it).

Which Bios would you use? (Ive done my research and seems older BIOS was poor)

Where can I get which ever BIOS you recomend? Advice on flashing it (never done before)

All boards will clock in the same manner, what advice you need exactly?

Manual will say how, definately do it from bios instead of windows if you have the option of the both, get it from XFX?

I dont have the box which I need to register on xfx to download (which seems stupid to me!) Anywhere else I can ge from?

I was reading on net and people didnt like the xfx x and was wondering if this was down to early bios?
