Appreciate this may be wrong location, I wasn't sure where to put it really!
Can anyone help me with getting a strap that doesn't fall to shreds immediately for this device? I bought a new one off Aliexpress, just today removing it for the first time to charge and that inside black 'tubing' for lack of a better word is all over the place. When I placed the unit back into it, it really does not sit straight.
I'm assuming you push the unit out the underside that would be in contact with your wrist? And place it back in from that side too?
Just trying to work out why the hell these things are lasting me one use basically when I need to charge it. I figure I must be doing something rather special
