I have a redmi note 13 pro plus. For months now it keeps disconnecting from phone network randomly. I have got a new SIM and the issue still happens. I have now swapped to e-sim and still happening.
When it disconnect, I have to go to network preferences and swap to 5g or 4g because turning data on and off or airplane mode doesn't force it to connect again.
Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it? I have reset WiFi, Bluetooth and mobile data, but that also didn't fix it.
Tried also deleting APN but it doesn't allow me. I've also spoke to network provider Three and they said they is no issues there end.
