hi im new to watercooling i got this case. I put a 420mm rad at the bottom and a 360mm standing up at the front. Or should i stack 2 420mm rads at the bottom
the elysium is so large one could put wheels on it and drive around playgrounds serving icecream from your built in refridgerator to young kids.. if thats your thing
Hmm, im not sure... If theres pics in the review then i guess it can be done, but i cant see it without some major modding going on, ie the HDD racks coming out..
I have a Xigmatek Elysium with a 420 radiator on the bottom and a 240 radiator at the top with the psu mounted at the top aswell. It was a really tight fit with my 850w psu and a 240 radiator. I couldn't mount the radiator in the correct mounting holes and instead used some of the venting holes which worked fine. I might also add a 140mm radiator on the back when I get my new graphics cards and put them under water.
Afraid I can't help with mounting a radiator on the front, I'm not sure where you would mount your Harddrives etc if you did that?
My cpu in sig after 9 hours of prime didn't go above 46c with fans on low and pump on 3 (medium speed)
I believe you will need to take out the hard drive bays to fit a radiator in front which I couldn't be arsed to do. I would recommend a 420 either at the top or bottom and a 240 either next to the psu or on the front which surely will be plenty of cooling? Could also easily fit a 140 on the rear exhaust.
thats what i will do the has im gonna use a dual bay res. all my hard drives are ssd so the can go anywhere. thanks for the help m8 pics would be nice to see one done
I will be making a build thread soon with lots of pictures etc. I have a bag of different colour leds to wire in and test different sorts of lighting. Think I will make the cpu block green lit for sure.
