XJR seat not moving

When I pull my key out the steering wheel moves away from me, Ive read the seat should also move back as well to make getting out easyier, is this the case if so whats gone wrong with my seat?

Have you checked all the fuses, and that no plugs have come undone?

The seat isn't already as far back as it'll go is it?
