This might be a long shot, but can any one point me toward a detailed diagram, or no, what the exact mounting hole sizes are are. I have got the Enthoo Primo case but need to try to mod it to fit an XL - ATX board. I already have the board the MSI Xpower, and I could easily make a template, but when it is picked up it makes a lot of creaking sounds, from the weight of the heatsink I guess. So I don't want to handle it too much. Cheers guys.

Hope it helps.

Think I've already said it, moving motherboard up 20.3mm (one PCI slot) and mount the standoffs. I would use your motherboard to layout the standoff points. That's the safest way as I don't think XL-ATX is a standardized layout. Be very careful. the standoff placement has to be very accurate. Only cutting would be I/O opening by the same 20.3mm higher.. CPU mount opening could be enlarged the same 20.3mm but don't think it will be required.

Cheers mate, I decided to get a standard ATX board, 4 of the XL-ATX standoff points were either in the cpu cut out, or in grommet holes. It would have meant either making a new motherboard tray , or some kind of bracket to go behind the tray for mounting the board. It's a shame I'm not that confident working with metal, as I love the XPower plus you can get a full cover block for it. The MPower, only has dual mosfet blocks. You never no, If I can't sell the XPower, I might decide to give it a go.
