Hi All.

I know the monitor is new, but I was wondering if anyone had any decent calibration settings. Been trying all day and just cant seem to get it right.

Thanks! :)

I will have one next week and hope that I can sort it out to look decent. But hopefully somebody will have some more immediate experience for you. :p

Picture Mode Mode: Standard
Brightness: 39
Contrast: 50
Sharpness: 5
Gamma: Gamma 3
Color Temperature: User Mode: R 92, G 92, B 88
AMA: On
Instant Mode: On

Works great for me. Calibrated by eye, not by some colorimeter.

It probably won't be exactly the same on yours though. However, adjusting either colour value by 2-4 points should be sufficient to get the same. If your white looks too blue-ish, tone down the blue a bit, etc.

I would've liked to have a Picture Mode in which I could both control the Color Temperature as well as the Dynamic Contrast... I don't like the Dynamic Contrast really. It's weird.

Will give that a try. Its a shame you have to choose standard mode in order to be able to change the gamma and color temp etc. I was wondering why it was greyed out!

Thanks Xeanor, monitor looks great now for browsing etc. I do love the switch as its easy to switch from browse mode to fps mode :D

How is it for gaming? i am really tempted of giving up my current as i game a lot and this seems most ideal one for it.

Heard the colours are good for a TN panel .

Gaming is impressive, well for me anyway, but im easily pleased :p. Anything in particular you want to know? I mainly play BF3 on it and love the colors and how smooth everything is.

I find that fps1 works very well with bf3 and counter strike as the colours look excellent. Also for xbox 360 via hdmi i use standard made with sharpness on 3 and gamma on 2.

I guess everone has thereown idea of how the image should look, so it work trying all of them.
