xmas spec check

OK, so I was offered a PS4 for xmas and I said no thanks.
I have a spare and decent Antec 650w PSU, 16GB of patriot ram on windows 7.

Looking to build a htpc/gaming pc to play the new titles on when I'm not on the "big rig"

Any advice on this;

Why Mini, you could save a bit on a normal ATX case getting a £40-50 one and maybe drop to 1tb of hard drive saving another £20ish, always add another later if you are really going to use it all, and upgrade to a 7950 card with three free games and free delivery on whole order for not far off the same amount. Also change the mobo still a Z87 maybe the gigabyte D3HP another £10 saving that comes with a free decent aftermarket cooler at the moment.

A bit more for your money perhaps...

I was hoping for a small form factor as it needs to sit around the TV area, good point on the 7950 call though, I have a 7950 and ICEQ 7950 in my rig now, could get another ICEQ and then move the standard 7950 over into the new build.
